Whatever you donate large or small makes a big difference and we would like to thank all our supporters who have raised funds for us to ensure that we can continue the valuable work for our disabled riders at Crosby Group RDA.

The group is run entirely by volunteers and receives no regular funding. With a team of four ponies our running costs are approximately £30,000 per annum. Whilst we do not charge a set cost for our riding lessons, we do actively encourage all our riders to make regular donations. As well as that we must constantly raise funds to keep our centre open and continue to provide a high-quality environment for our ponies, riders and volunteers. Our stables, fences and indoor school need to be maintained and equipment such as tack, and riding helmets must be updated to meet safety guidelines.

Fundraising

To keep the money coming in, we usually hold our open day and Christmas Fair, unfortunately due to COVID we have not been able to do this, we also encourage people to walk, run, swim and even jump out of aeroplanes for us! Many local groups and companies have lent their support. We are happy to come and talk about our work with disabled riders and can organise visits to our centre when we're open.
